The fourth international orchestral masterclass was held in Fort Wayne (Indiana) between 9 and 15 February of this year in collaboration with the Conductors Guild under the guidance of Maestro Ennio Nicotra.
The event has become a traditional appointment in the musical life of the city and in recent years has seen the participation of students from all the states of the confederation and from the major schools of America.
There is no shortage of students from Europe, Central America and South America. The course takes place with the support of a piano duo and in recent days it has the participation of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic Orchestra (artistic director Andrew Constantine), one of the most prestigious orchestras in the state of Indiana. The students eventually performed in a public concert. The video shows a fragment taken from lessons with the orchestra in the splendid Indiana University auditorium.
